  4. Appointments and Consultations:
    • Attend scheduled appointments and consultations.
    • Notify us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
  5. Respect for Healthcare Professionals:
    • Treat our staff and healthcare professionals with respect.
    • Understand that inappropriate behavior towards staff or other patients will not be tolerated.
